Flat or round penis?

Hi, I wanted to ask to implanted people. Is your penis flat or round when aroused and inflated?

Also, do the tips properly get into the glans?

And, finally, is the shape of the penis the same than before the implant? For example, I have seen some photos of people with a much bigger (in girth) shaft than the glans, which does not look pretty natural.

Does the model make any difference for both things?

There are 3 erectile bodies in the penis. The 2 IPP cylinders take care of 2 of those. The third in the bottom of the penis that surround the urethra is not part of the IPP fix. The 3rd erectile body also supplies blood to the glans and are responsible for glans engorgement. If you still had some engorgement of the glans before IPP surgery, you should have that afterwards. If not then the only engorgement will be in the 2 IPP cylinders that are side by side and thus the flat shape and small glans. Some men will use oral ED meds to engorge the 3rd erectile body and glans. There is also meds that are used to inject in the penis. As you cannot use a needle to inject after IPP surgery the meds are available in a gel or muse. That is placed inside the urethra for some help with 3rd erectile body and glans engorgement. With the 3rd erectile body and glans engorgement then the shape is more round and less flat.

All the current IPP models by all the manufacturers have just the 2 cylinders.

Remember, you do not need to be aroused inorder to have pumped up cylinders. Thus it is easy to have a small penis head when pumped up. That just means that you're not aroused yet but the cylinders are inflated.
Shape? I agree that in theory your penis should be wider than in thickness. Is mine is like that? I sure can't tell. I think my shape is very close to my shape in my pre ED days.
The very first thing my drs nurse did at my first post surgery check up was to gently squeeze my penis head to check for the tips being in my mid glans area. They were dead on in the middle.
I've only had an AMS CX. I can only presume that my penis would look similar if I had a Titan.

Unaroused, it will be flatter with smaller glans. If you still have normal blood flow to those areas apart from the implant, the glans & spongiosum, those areas will engorge when aroused.

I’m seldom aroused when cycling. That’s physical therapy. I call it the little surfboard. When aroused, and especially close to orgasm, the glans swells and is purple as before, and the underside engorges as well.

Thank you all, I see. Then, when the glans are suplied with bloodflow the roundness of the penis and the size of the gland compares yo the size of the shaft should be similar to its previous shape.

In my case, the glans, as the penis, usually gets semierected (it can be erected but not for long time) then it will be halfway. I plan to use daily Cialis to improve this.

We’re all different. Just because one guy’s doesn’t get round and engorged when aroused, doesn’t mean yours won’t. The biggest predictor is blood flow to glans pre-surgery. Some guys have lost this completely. Guys with good blow prior to surgery have the best odds of a natural looking penis when aroused. When i’m fully aroused and inflated, my girlfriend tells me it looks perfectly natural.

Unaroused, as i mentioned above, yes, it has a more oval shape. You mentioned that you still have blood flow to glans. I’d say a good indicator yours will be fine. Be advised it will likely take a few months of cycling and healing to
to achieve this.

Just my experience. I suspect that this discussion is more about your natural girth that anything else. I can assure you that my dick has never been flat or overly wider than thick.
6" girth or perhaps a little over was my natural penis. All that flesh covers the implant cylinders. Putting those two cylinders in DID NOT change my shape in any noticable way.
If & I emphasize the word if I squeeze my shaft hard I can force it to be wider than thick. But NO woman can squeeze her pussy as hard as I'm saying.
So I'll venture a guess that if you have a pencil dick? There is a chance that you might notice an egg shaped shaft. But that shape is not guaranteed. Geez, I seen pictures on FT of erect dicks & most of them looked pretty round to me.
Its misleading to say that one mans experience is universal to all men. That is why I try to mention my experience as being related to my implant & my original dick.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I am a guy on my twenties suffering this for years and about to take the decision to get the implant next march. And as you can imagine there are plenty of doubts.
