Well guys, I did it. I got the implant. It was scary and I almost backed out but I did it.
I am on day 3 and feeling a lot better.
I’m a little depressed though as my penis and scrotum looks like a it was mutilated. It’s a horror scene down there.
I have two incisions on my pelvis and a very gnarly incision on my scrotum that is concerning. Its a big stitch and looks folded.
How well do these incisions heal? Will there be lots of scarring? How long do the bruises last? How long until things look normal down there?
My biggest concern is the size. I really hope it’s not pumped up much right now. It looks so small. Is this normal?
I received the LGX 18cm. 18cm seems small.
I was at 6inch x 5.5inch. I hope I can get back to that.
I try not think about it because what can I do at this point. It’s done.
I appreciate y'all's support. No one knows I did this so it is nice to be able to talk about it.

Glad you took the leap as scary as the surgery is. You're going to look a bit damaged for a couple weeks, don't worry it will pass. The incision heals well in that area and you probably won't even see it in a few weeks. Sizing is something you'll need to work on via cycling of inflation daily for periods of time to stretch out the cylinders.
The best part is yes, it's done and you can move forward without that problem.

I was well prepared and when the bandages came off I was well pleased. Mind you I had 25 years of ED, so that helps the mindset.

I've read everything about size loss, dog ears and all else and the advice is it won't be the same very soon. Best to not overthink and enjoy the victory of the first major step.

I am 3 weeks out...most of the time has flown by. I have been deflated, but not fully inflated yet (2.5 more weeks). I am kinda scared as I obsess over size, girth post op. Yet somewhat excited as I can say that I havent had.a.normal sex life in ages.

The scrotal incision looks bad. After 6 months it'll be flat & you might not be able to even find it. In other words....don't worry.

Everything sounds quite normal for the 3rd day post surgery. I know that doesn’t offer much comfort when you’re in the midst of; WTF did I do to myself sentiments. But you’ll notice great improvements over the next 7-10 days. Time will be the doctor.

My scrotum incision was bunched up and lumpy when the mummy wrap came off. I remember having the same thoughts but now it’s completely undetectable. Size will come back over time once you’re cleared to cycle.
