Ejaculation Post op Different?

Question - has your ejaculation experience changed post IPP? How so? volume - force - sensation?

I was always more of a dribbler and had PE with anxiety as well. Curious to see if anything improved with the implant. Thanks!

I'm 65, my volume has decreased a lot. Maybe just an age thing, but it is what is. I don't explode like I did before the implant, I think that is because the implant puts so much pressure on my urethra that I can't cum like I could before.

Although the sensation is great and feels good during intercourse, I do have a problem with cumming during oral. That I do miss.

Depends on how long it's been, give me just a few days and I still cum like a firehose out of control.

Mine are considerably more intense. Hits the top of the armpit. Of course part of this may have to do with the infrequency since surgery.

Was just thinking after reading the last post. I had a urolift procedure a month before my implant surgery for an enlarged prostate. That along with the length of my shaft (7.5 inches), my prostate gland just doesn't have the strength to push the cum out of my dick. I don't know just speculating at this point. I do miss blowing a load all over my wife's tits and face.

I'm going to talk to my doctor soon about this.

My volume and distance are the same. The intensity is WAY!!!! Better after the implant, every jet of cum feels like that first good one.
