Workout post operation

Brothers,

What I read over here is that the general consensus is that you have to wait six weeks post-op before lifting heavy.

Is this right? Or is it just for exercises like squat and deadlift. I mean bench press wouldn't hurt the implant right?

Also I do a lot of pull ups with a weighted vest. Would this be a problem?

Pull ups also put quite a bit of stress on the abdominals which could shift the reservoir.
I laid off the pulls ups for about 6 weeks and when I started doing them again, I felt some muscle soreness in the abs which I never felt when I was doing them regularly. So it goes to show, after having a lay off and experiencing the typical muscle soreness when resuming stress on the exercised muscles, that the abs are definitely worked when doing pull ups, more than we realize.
With this said, I would hold off on the pull ups for the six weeks, especially weighted pull ups. No worth risking a reservoir shift or herniation.

Pills didn't work well. Trimix worked good for 3 years, then only fair for following 3 years but need a cock ring in conjunction.
