So whats your girth measurement now? You said you actually gained girth? Thats unheard of. More often than not, it is told people lose girth. Maybe you were oversized and the 13mm was bigger than your 5.2 previous girth?

If am extremely aroused all the penis become engorged to the max ... The photo of mine post op is in the normal state without any sexual activity ... The right measurements done by the doctor will be during the surgery ... Thats why you have to choose the best high volume dr doing many malleable implants ... If i were oversized then i would have faced too many complications post op ... But all the pain was gone after the 1st 2 months

The lack of information about malleables is extremely disappointing

I'm most concerned about 5-10-15 year follow ups to track potential pressure atrophy of the glans and shaft. There is nothing I can find about that specific subject

I got ur point
I don't feel any kind of pressure after 1st six months ... As it became my new normal state when not aroused ... And i dont think there will be any kind of atrophy in the future

I also didn't read any article about malleable causing atrophy ... Maybe erosion if the doctor oversize the implant .... Malleables r ancient before IPP invention ... And it has been developed extremely in the last 10 years
