Supra pubic fat mound reduction

Im getting implanted April 10th I have been doing a pretty good job losing weight in preperation for surgery..down 30#'s.
Problem is my fat mound is not shrinking,has anyone had success in reducing their supra pubic fat mound short of lipo or sugery?

That area is particularly stubborn - sometimes called 'the last to go.' More attention to your abdominal muscles' fitness may be helpful. Congratulate yourself for losing 30#s - and continue till you reach your target weight - along the way your should see some improvement. You can also talk with your surgeon about options - they're used to questions like yours.

I've lost nearly 100 pounds (yeah I was really over weight) since my implant, I didn't notice much of a change there until I had lost around 60 pounds. I have noticed things I haven't noticed since I was last this weigh like about 40 years ago.

Some positives a couple of negatives, the positives of all this weight loss is my dick appears to be bigger, and guess in some ways it is, since it's not being hidden by fat. I can walk without my joints hurting so much (I have psoriatic arthritis). I don't get out of breath as much when having sex.

The only negative so far is there are a couple of places I can feel the tubes move or creating bumps where I didn't have before, and the loose skin if you think trying to get approval is hard for and implant you should try and get approval for excess skin removal, that surgery isn't cheap either.

Give it time, your body will adjust and may redistribute the fat as you maintain yourself

My surgeon's NP mentioned sending me to a plastic surgeon to have it reduced ... I checked into it and there are quite a few risks doing it like a tummy tuck infection being the largest risk for what you might gain.

When I had my revision I also had a fat pad removal at the same time. I am a little more than a month out and I notice a huge difference on my visible length.

Did you have surgery for removal or just lipo?
Can you share cost?

I had the fat pad removal were they removed a section of skin and fat above the penis and then did lipo around the base as well. This was done during a revision surgery were they changed from the cx implant to the lgx. The dr submitted it to insurance for buried penis as the medical need and they covered it so I just had to pay the 4k out of pocket max for the procedure .
