Penile fillers advice

I have just booked to have some Ha penile fillers in the coming weeks.
Would anyone who has previous experience of having fillers be able to give me some advice on the following, or any advice at all would be amazing.

1. Is there any massaging etc of the penis required for days / weeks after getting fillers?
How long is it required?
Does it stop any lumps or bumps that may occur?
2. Roughly , how long do the fillers last? Does it reduce if you are very sexualy active? I have been told to expect between 12 - 16 months, is that accurate?
3. Can you still cycle after getting fillers, or does this affect them in any way? If you can, how long after did you start cycling again?
4. Is there any way you should position your penis for the days / weeks after having filler. Or any particular underwear?
5. Is 2 weeks after enough time to let the filler settle,before resuming sexual intercourse / masterbation etc.

On a side question, has anyone had lazer hair removal of pubic hair?.... just wondering if there is any risk to the implant.

Really appreciate any guidance on the above.

I didn't even know this was possible with an implant. Is there a risk of them piercing the implant?

I'm extremely happy with my size etc now.
Unfortunately due to my medical condition ,which is the readon behind my ED in the first place, my glands do not always engourge. I have tried multiple ED meds, gels etc.

My own urologist will be doing the fillers for me, so I am not concerned about damaging the implant.

I think fillers are much more common in the USA, Hope to get some advice from guys who have already been through it.

I got permanent filler from Dr. Loria out of miami. I did massage the skin every night for about 2 year. Massage is definitely needed to keep lumps from forming. I would get BB sized ones, i got several that i massaged out. My end result is perfect.

Could I ask, what happens permanent fillers if a revision is needed? This is something I may look at in the future.

Is it difficult to massage them out?
Did you need to do anything specific for the days/weeks after having it done? Or cpuld you go back to work and nornal life straight away?
