Completely normal when not aroused and inflated. When you are aroused, the blood rushes in and makes it normal shape.

Cialis helps mine. But if I just pump with no stimulation it’s oval. Start rubbing it and it rounds out. Was worse first few months but as the swelling goes down and nerves got back to normal I get plenty round with stimulation

As I understand it this is normal. The cylinders of the implant fill the corpora cavernosa chambers but have no effect on erectile tissue in the corpus spongiosum or glans. As reported above stimulation may trigger some blood flow to those areas. Visgra or Cialis may do the same. It’s nothing to be concerned about. Just the technical limits of the implant.
