My thoughts are that the implant kinda choked of the blood supply when having sex / masturbating .Kinda like bending a garden hose to stop water flow . Maybe surgery had a small piece in it or , like I said , the equipment hadn't been used in a long time and was probably rusty . Idk really, these are all guesses and probably all 3 had some part in lack of bloodflow in the beginning. When flaccid, the bloodflow was fine .
Same thing happened to me. Took about two years for my normal ejaculations to return. I attributed it (and still do) to the nerves that ennervate ejaculation were traumatized during the surgery (which is virtually inevitable) and took that long to recover from their PTSD. Nerves take a long time to recover/regrow. For a long time, it was thought some nerve never regenerate, but in the last 50 years or so that thinking is being reversed.
So, I suggest that your ejaculatory-contolling nerves took this time to recover their function.
