?? Are you cycling twice a day for 30 minutes each time? I have a Coloplast Titan OTR, and from zero to hero (totally flaccid to rock hard), it takes 50+good long pumps.

That seems like too few pumps.
Does the pump stay flat after the last pump? That's a sign of running out of saline in the reservoir.

Cycle twice.a day at least an hour. this is after waiting the obligatory 5 weeks post-op per my doctor. So my time to inflation is low, maybe 30-40 secs.

I dont think its a small cylinder implanted (PA says its a larger). I have relatively thinner girth thats whats irking me, I thought I would gain a some.girth post surgery at least.

As for girth with my Titan, that did that a bit more time. The increase in girth came gradually, over a 6 month period. That is one of the advantages of the Coloplast over the Boston Scientific.
My girth went from 135mm to 170mm at the base.

You are correct. I do the exercise at about 50 - 60%. Still somewhat flexible.
