In addition to squeezing it to deflate, Dr. Hakky told me to simultaneously push my penis toward my pelvis to help return to the reservoir some of the saline that is in the unseen part of the implant. That helps. Also, make sure that you are giving the pump a good squeeze afterwards to lock fluid out and prevent auto inflation.

wow thanks for that tip.............. i am 8 weeks out and find i have to hit the deflate button a few times a day as i get a hard chubby for no reason ( i thought)

Actually have you tried, after doing athrough reverse milking doing a single “ pump” to lock pump. This would stop the valve from letting in more fluid. Maybe, worth a try.

I have the Titan classic pump. There isn't any way to "lock" the valve to my knowledge. I think when I'm squeezing and pushing back toward my body, I'm probably just building up pressure in the cylinders INSIDE my body and then when I let up, that fluid is pushing back into my external part of the cylinders. Hoping that with time, maybe this situation will get better. I realize some men would love to have a hog, but honestly, it's not all that great, IMO. Well, it's great when doing the deed, but in idle, it's not that pleasant.
