I'm considering maybe getting an implant,I'm thinking about trying to set up an appointment with Dr. Hakky out of Atlanta. Would love to hear any feedback from some of you gentlemen that have been implanted by him. Also did any of you loose any length or girth?

I wasn't implanted by Dr. Hakky but I wouldn't hesitate about having him do it just from what I've read on this site . He's a " high volume " surgeon which , to me , is probably the most important aspect of picking a surgeon. They've seen it all and know how to deal with any problems that my present itself during surgery. Imo they also know how to maximize results ( implant sizing, no floppy glans , pump location , infection mitigation, and cosmetic aesthetics ) . Book the appointment. If there was a " Mount Rushmore " of implant surgeons I think ( in no particular order ) it would include Clavell ,Hakky, Eid and Perito. That's not saying there isn't other well qualified, lesser known surgeons out there that would do a great job . Good luck my brother

I asked the question because this site touts several doctors as the best. I was ready to fly to the east coast to EID, then found several hi volume docs on the west coast that are excellent.

He’s good. I did loose about 1.5” of length but I had advanced PD so that likely played a role and Im only 6 months in so maybe Ill get it back. I have seen plenty of posts here that length was lost then around 10-12 months they regained, so maybe thatll happen for me.
I know my dick was broken and nonfunctional and now its gtg.
I consulted with Hakky and Clavell and used Hakky due to closeness, Im in Knoxville.
Both are fine doctors but if you have a complication youll want a dr you can drive to see.
Dr Hakky is plain spoken and accessible. His staff is really good and I did find they were more aggressive about my insurance carrier than Clavell’s staff.
Im happy to give you a review if you want, just PM me, I dont feel like typing my whole story again..

I should mention, because you asked about size, he did address size and was concerned with getting me the max size result. He addressed size, sexual performance and flaccid state as these are all issues he knows men are concerned about.
Even though Im 3 hours away Im keeping him as my urologist for PSA, testosterone issues etc because I believe he is the best surgeon for me east of the MS River
