Just my two cents being new to being implanted, but I’d wait till what I had failed before jumping to a different kind of implant, surgery is a bitch to go through, and even with the best doctors there is risk of infection, and revisions carry higher infection risks than initial procedures. A lot of risk to make an elective change. Have you tried every kind of underwear, tight fitting, supportive, etc.?

Also from what I’ve heard the Titan will soften over time.
