It was right after surgery for me.
I think it is just the way it is, for all of us, I have been sized perfectly, my surgeon was elite. So it is not an issue of install, I'm pretty sure.

It isn't really an issue for me, I wish it wasn't there, but I will live with it.

l uro says he can put a small cut under local anesthesia and pull it down . Actually I am tempted to get it done --but not such a big issue after all. I am very confused

it is bit hard to touch. it is definitely not a vein but a tube jutting out

I didn't know they could do something about it surgically.
I would love to hand mine lower, as it would allow easier cock ring placement, which I need for glans engorgement.

Got that too. I would leave it and like Monkfroot said it does add some girth - also good for clit stimulation in certain positions.
