You’re just two months in! I gained a lot of girth thru and after the first 6 months

the shape goes to oval...slight girth loss...annoyed af. i hope it gets better. just curious if abnormal at this stage

First month or so I had an oval shape but seems like the blood started flowing a little better by the 5-6 weeks and I gradually started getting much better engorgement in glans and shaft. Surgery is traumatic to all the tissues and it takes many months for all to get back to as Normal as it will be with a IPP. I did start back taking 5mg a day of cialis as it helps with the engorgement and I officially take it for BPH. Helps a lot in the engorgement area though. I miss several doses a week but always use it in sex days.

Prob is, I dont want to bank on engorged girth bc I has PE, PA, and some VL so that engorgement would be short lived.

My girth doesn't shrink much when deflated. Now comes the warnings. I do not squeeze my dick to make sure its empty. I have tried that in the past & it didn't make much, if any, difference in flacid girth. I give the button a gentle push & leave it at that.
My drs nurse has assured me that my cylinders are empty but I can't understand how they can be.
Within about the last two months I posted about a theory of natural girth & how it might affect inflated shape & girth. I.E. my dick is nearly always mostly round. If I do squeeze it then it will feel slightly oval. But no vagina will ever squeeze it that hard.

my flaccid girth creeps up even when fully deflated. I just want to know what month the cycling (w/o VED) starts to kick in somehow. My flaccid dick looks better than this pancake hard one at this juncture.

Not sure if my reply is what you're looking for. I was green lighted for sex at 6 weeks. Cycling was at 1 week I think. I had my 6" girth at around 5 months but I was actually fairly close to 6" after the swelling went down.

This all kind of relates back to my feelings about what your penis shape & girth ends up at. My thoughts are if you have quite a bit of natural girth to work with? You'll end up with a rounder penis.

Please remember, I maintain that the two brands do behave slightly differently. Since you have a Titan your experience might be noticeably different from what my CX does.

I probably lost girth with ED. I am in the 5 to 5.3 range. I just want to be 5.5 consistently

NOT bigger just longer. Your fat girth is stretched out skinnier when pumped to max. There is a complete different set of nerves that create blood flow when stimulated. They are the ones that cause a fat dick. Mine were completely removed during th prostatectomy. Some times my whole dick is cold. Fuck cancer.

Did you do a lot of cycling? If you did do you mind saying hat you did --you might have been more fortunate than me and
having lots of mad sex which was your cycling

I cycled 2 times a day for about 30 minutes doing the perito exercises after the first month all the way to the one year mark. Pump to max bend, add a few little pumps bend, add, bend. Had sex at 21 days but was very uncomfortable. After a month had sex once a week and at least one session of messing around. These two times a week replaced my cycling on those days. Average sex as I’ve been married to the same beautiful woman for 38 years.After a year it’s just 3-4 times a week for sex or masterbation or just when I feel the need to get a boner!

Yup, the dogears bothered me more than any other part of the process! After 4-6 months they seem to get softer and you get toughened up to them. Either way it gradually goes away to where you don’t even realize they are there. At times I would add up to 4-5 pumps to get them to round out some but then you had to deal with a slight boner. In time it gets better! Hate to say it but it’s just part of the process.

I pump to about 80% for sex.
At 80% or so, it's still plenty hard for sex but still maintain more girth and glands do not get as cold at 80 vs 100%

That's good to hear about the dog ears.

I hate to seem like I am complaining, as I am genuinely over the moon about the implant. But it is pretty much constant until I get baggy bottoms on and a dressing gown in the home. When I am out, I go to the toilet, pumping, deflating, and moving it, and I've tried all types of underwear.

I've tried the slight boner and it is really not slight
