Have you discussed the erosion problems in malleable with doctor?
Did the doctor ever try to convince you towards IPP?

my doctor wanted to put me IPP.
I insisted with MPP
Doctor said that problem with MPP is concealment and added: erosion and things like that will not happen.
Implanted with Coloplast Genesis MALLEABLE on Jan 2024.
I have had venous leakage.
I didnt like the side effects of PDE5 inhibitors.
So far, I am very happy with the Coloplast Genesis.
I am from Türkiye.

Lifetime
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

Lifetime

Thanks bro! :o
Suppose I require a replacement after a decade of wear and tear on the silver wire core, and Coloplast provides a new prosthesis at no charge. What's the total amount we're saving, or in simpler terms, what's the cost of the prosthesis by itself?

The MPP would be covered, the surgery and all that go's with it wouldn't be covered.

May I ask, what is the price of the Genesis MPP device?

I recently saw my dr. and he thinks we might have to do a revision in 6 months or so I asked him who pays for that he said if he writes it up as a failed implant medicare covers it.

Is your implant not fitting right for any reason? Is the revision with a larger diameter or is it with a longer rod?

Yes it appears my penis might be lengthening .. had a 2nd surgery 30 days after the first they thought it was infected swollen as big as my hand .. so when they cut it all open looking for an infection they never found there was quite a bit of loose flesh .. .. I have floppy head issues ... I can pull the head of the penis out and put the rods behind the glans but any pressure makes the head floppy .. dr. says I'm only the 2nd patient he has seen like this and he does over 300 implants a year and 50 of them mallabbles so he is quite experience.
