The question of allowing women on the site has been discussed extensively, albeit not recently.

As I understand it, Paul (site founder and owner) sees the potential for a chilling effect on the candor of posts, which would inhibit the mission of FrankTalk. (Paul, please forgive me for speaking on your behalf.)

The debate over this issue can absorb a lot of bandwidth, which would have minimal value. Discussion over PM (private messaging) with Paul directly would likely be more efficient.

i was under the impression that the implant cut off blood flow to the shaft .
That isn't the case for you ? is there a increase in girth when you're "in the mood"?

The implant does Not interfere with normal arousal, where did you get thatvery miss information? Its my experience that there definitely girth and tip extensions when pumped up and you are hot to trot.

There are two different blood supplies to the penis. One supplies the cavernous tissue(erection) that supply is destroyed during the cylinders being placed. The second is completely different and supply the engorgement of the glans and what gives you roundness of the shaft. I notice a good bit of engorgement on the underside of my shaft and a lot in the glans. On the Perito videos (Met the penis) he talks about if you had good engorgement prior to implant you should still have the same after. Immediately after surgery I had a very oval shaped dick, that got very little engorgement at first. After a few weeks it started coming back and by 3-4 months was fully back. All the swelling and inflammation of the surgery interferes with the flow but returns after all the swelling goes away. Even today I can pump up with no stimulation and have a very flat or oval shaped dick but with just a little stimulation it fills out nicely.

women will never understand what is like to be a man and how much this issue can affect you, is easy for them to say dont do this, dont get it, dont take this, etc

goes to show that they put their preferences and what matters to them over yours

but of course if you cant performe, thell be the first ones to leave you

I have posted this before. My wife was the first to bring up an implant. To be exact she suggested it TWICE. She did get cold feet before my surgery. All she could see in her mind was that I might die during surgery. I proved her fears wrong.

My dr generally has an appointment at 6 weeks post op where he give the green light for sex. Due to the days of the week reserved for implant surgery & the other aspects of his practice. My wait was almost 6 1/2 weeks. Once I got the go ahead, she had been staying in our winter home in Las Vegas. I was given a strong request for a command demonstration of how well it worked. That meant I had to drive almost 500 miles to show her.

I think that asking for womens opinions isn't going to get you a damn bit of info. Even those that want the implant are unlikely to talk to friends about it. You have to read their minds by how they act.

My wife has a good female friend whose long term boyfriend had his prostate removed. I strongly suspect he is impotent. I'm fairly sure she hasn't told the friend about implants.

To those whose wife won't use your implant. I strongly suspect that she wouldn't be banging you now if your natural dick was working perfectly. That is the problem that my best friend has. He told me it just was not worth all the fking work to get her to have sex. To be exact, he is taking cialis for his prostate. He dislikes the morning wood it gives him because it just rubs his nose in that he isn't getting any sex.

Exactly , putting in the implant cuts the blood flow to the cavernous system.
Whether or not it is able to come back on its own ,I don't know .at 2 weeks after a malleable implant, i don't have any natural engorgement while stimulated.
i hope that changes , but i don't think it will . I don't have any swelling I can see . It has been a fairly easy recovery.

I think the better question to ask is if you've been aroused yet? Natual engorgement normally requires arousal. Perhaps you should pause this decision until you can get really well healed & get a partner to arouse you. Then I think this discussion will turn out better.
