Hi there gentlemen. I was recently implanted back on March 13 (2 weeks and 5 days ago). I was never impotent. I had situational ED, but I still had regular erections. I mention that to frame my question: I am now on my 2nd full day of cycling, and obviously pumping to the full max is pretty uncomfortable— and in my opinion total overkill, hard as a pipe, way harder than any natural erection ever. I find that pumping to 75-80% is every bit as hard as my natural erections and much more comfortable.
Considering that I haven’t lost any size whatsoever with my procedure, is it worth the discomfort to do the cycling to the max twice daily for 30 minutes each time (I’ve been doing 40 minutes because I’m an over achiever lol). I understand that it’s to stretch out the tissues, but I didn’t lose any size… I’d love to hear the prospective from others who are further along in their journey. I have a Titan 22 CM with 2 cm and 1.5 cm rtes on either side.

IMHO,
By all means, continue to cycle. Over the next few months, the pains subside, and the pump softens. Over the long run, you'll get the best from your implant.

Re: A question about cycling
Congratulations on getting your implant. Think you'll be glad you did. As far as cycling, I'd say Yes. Keep cycling like you were instructed to. You may or may not gain any size, length or girth, but what it will do is break everything in and soften up the pump which will make it easier to inflate in the future. It will let you used to inflating and deflating to where it becomes second nature. It will let you get used to having the pump and tube in there. And ,to me one of the real important things, you will be able to go for long periods of time inflated without discomfort, and I mean hours not minutes. As a plus, I find it quite enjoyable going around nude and hard infront of my wife.
So I would say, by all means, yes, keep cycling and enjoy

Re: A question about cycling
Lets spin this differently. Ok, so you don't cycle? If by chance later in time & you find out that not cycling was a huge mistake. How sure are you that cycling late in your recovery will fix an issue that arises if you hadn't of cycled from the beginning. I'm presuming that you don't have a time machine so that you can go back in time to fix your omission.
So you can not see any benefit after cycling. But maybe you can't fix not cycling. Just do as you dr told you to do. You've placed your trust in him, don't second guess him.

Re: A question about cycling
I thought thw same thing. Not sure I will gain anything sizewise (maybe I am impatient). But I feel hella more comfortable at 70-80% than I do maxing out. My girth goes down it seems at higher pumps.
Titan OTR implanted on 1/26/24. PE and Anxiety of varied degrees since age 19. Varicocele issues past 30 years. Type 2 Diabetic since 2013, pills didnt work, minimal reaction to shots, some VL, still had morning/overnight wood, but moderate quality.
Re: A question about cycling
My girth also is smaller at 100% vs 70 - 80%

Re: A question about cycling
As others say, I would keep it up. I think besides the gains back to original which I needed was worth it but in your case maybe just the comfort of a softer more broken in implant will be a big benefit when flaccid! My flaccid was very uncomfortable at first few months. Not until probably around 6 months with twice daily pumping for 30 minutes did mine get soft enough to tuck down in a comfortable place. Guess your one of the lucky ones as most are short upon first inflation and have to get everything stretched back out to reach original size! If you don’t mind my asking were you by chance a shower prior to implant? I’ve often wondered if being a shower would be an advantage After implant as far as loosing size initially.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

Yes, lengthwise yes, but in hindsight, I probably was bigger before ED. I just never measured the right way. I know my balls hung much lower before the varicoceles. Oh well. I just want my girth back. I thought I gained some near the base post op, 5.5 ish, but that seems to have distributed to match rest of shaft at 5 or a hair over (not aroused).

I definitely gained in girth by the year mark I was at least a 1/4 inch bigger than any time I can remember. I’m 6-1/4 at base… 5-3/4 mid… and about 5-5/8 just behind glans. And this is after sex while still engorged. I’ll mention I still use cialis most days as it really helps with my BPH and seems to make the engorgement better. I miss a few days here and there but always use a few hours before sex.
