Maximum penis length with an implant ?

At the outset I will admit this is an immature junior high school type question. But nevertheless I do have a curiosity that in no way has relevance to my very average anatomy. So I have noticed some extremely well endowed porn stars that seem to have ED. Their penises could exceed 11 inches. That’s 28 cm not including the internal crux. That could easily bring the requirements to 35cm, far beyond what is made. So that leads to my question about the largest penis that can be addressed with an implant?

Having been a very promiscuous gay man for many years, I can tell you that the huge dicks (10" or more, in my mind) are the least likely to get truly hard at any age. The bigger they are, the less likely they will get hard, so I don't really think that is quite the same as ED. Using a bunch of extensions is generally a very bad idea, so I don't know of a true solution for anyone much over 8".

I think I read that the only real option for guys that are enormous, talking 10" or more in length, would be a malleable. I would hate to try to stow that away in my pants all the time though, but I guess guys that have Titans that are in the 9" range have the same sort of problem even when deflated, since it's so stiff. Don't know if he still posts on here, but DonkeyDong10 had one like that. He and I actually did the surgery the same day with Dr. Kramer several years back.

Don't rule out that the implant companies have some unadvertised sizes or will make a small run of longer implants that are shipped out in advance of an anticipated need.

I.E. they are not a common size that the sales rep carries with him to all sugeries.

I agree with Rodsman. The truly freaking big dicks that I've seen in porn are noticeable less than fully hard. I decided that I prefer smaller but hard as hell over softer but larger.

My wifes gynecologist commented once that her cervix was quite high. I'm here to tell you that when she had an IUD in. I could hit the IUD string a few time a month. Not a good feeling. If I, Joe average, can hit a deep cervix. I don't see the value to most women of being noticable longer than average. What good is 8" if she can only take 6"? Just an opinion.
