Maximum time inflated cycling?

I was left 70% inflated after my surgery for six weeks due to swelling.

Now that I'm finally cycling, aggressively, I'm wondering if there is a benefit or a danger to staying inflated max for hours or even overnight.

Because of my life circumstances, I can be inflated (in a jock with padding) and go on my walks, and also putter around the house.

I know it's definitely different from the priapism warnings with trimix and pills.

Any thoughts?

Perito M.D. says staying inflated can contribute to anorgasmia. Same with just being mature / Sr. citizen. I wonder in both cases if the net effect is loss of sensitivity. Thoughts anyone?

The initial pump is just around 20 or a little over. I can usually add some partials later...... I have only been cycling for two weeks. So, I'm doing all I can. Seems to be working.

Fortunately, one of the things I did not have was anorgasmia.... the only part of this that felt like good luck after my massive swelling.

Perito says leaving pumped up can cause loss of sensitivity. Many of us including me noticed a loss of sensitivity at first which comes back to some degree over time. I feel this is from the irritation of surgery and the weeks your left pumped up. A pretty standard regimen is twice daily for 30 minutes. You can add Perito exercises and some go an hour and some do 3 times daily. Do what your Dr recommends or if your hard headed…lol do what you feel works for you but I wouldn’t do more than a couple hours very often

What is your deflated length and inflated length BPL ? By knowing it we can tell you better if you have reached a maximum of the lgx or not

I try and cycle 2x a day for an hour, trying to add a little every 10 min. I worry about erosion leaving it all night and there is no upside other than you might reach max size sooner…. Unless you enjoy it, thats a big upside, for me it would wake me up.

I often leave inflated overnight.

I am curious about why some suggest a reduction of sensation or erosion for doing so. If that was the case, then mallables should be a problem since they are constantly "inflated" -- why would anyone recommend or have a mallable?

A lot of nights I sleep with a boner all night. No problems.

I am just a little over four weeks out now. I have inflated 3 times for half an hour now. First squeeze i can press the inflate bulb deeply. But after the first squeeze I can only squeeze it a little. I think 1 'big' squeeze and about 15 'little' squeezes. Right now fully inflated and without glance engorgement it's about same size as pre-implant +/- 18 cm. Still a little curve to the left, about 15°. Pre-implant it was a little over 15°.
I can live with that, but I hoped the implant would straighten right away. The Dr. said it will straighten by time with some manipulation, but I doubt it.
Ball sack is a little irritated at the place where the deflate button is.
