Gents, wednesday I will be implanted and leaved inflated till the 4 week mark.
I can get two weeks off from my office job.
Can anybody tell how I can hide the inflated penis at work? Thanx

Loose clothing like sweatpants or track pants and a baggy shirt not tucked in. Hopefully you can dress casual. If not, unfortunately there’s not much you can do.

Big question is how long are you able to tolerate having your penis strapped down? Things to try include jock straps, spandex underwear or there is underwear with a pouch (there's a brand name but I can't remember it).
Sitting for long periods may be uncomfortable if you're in an office job no matter how you "hide" it.

Old guy, I think that other underwear is separatec, thats what I wore after the Titan implant
