AMS 700 CX or LGX?

I am scheduled for implant surgery in less than 2 months. I asked my doctor's office which one, and was told he usually puts in the 700 CX. However, my visit with the doc a couple of weeks ago, he only said he used the AMS, but added something about an extension. Would that then be the LGX? I will ask again. I'm not afraid of losing a little length, but the same or a little more than what I have now would be welcomed! Otherwise, what would be "an extension"?

Rte's create the "half" sizes between the sizes that the companies make. They are in .5cm increments to bring the next smaller implant up in length. Like AMS comes in 18cm & 21cm. If you measure 20cm then you'll get an 18cm plus 2cm of RTE's to get to 20cm.

Some times RTE's are used to move where the implant tubing exits the tunica.

My dr doesn't like using the 21cm LGX. Once a patient measures 21cm he always goes to the CX. I was planning on getting a LGX. I didn't think that I'd measure at 21cm or longer. Come to find out my proximal (inside my body) is on the long side. Thus I got a CX21. I'm happy with it, works great. No significant issues.

Doc's nurse told me he likes to put in the CX, but that decision will be made on the morning of the PI. So it sounds like he may add an RTE.

Right now, when I can get it fully erect, my little friend measures 6 3/4, or 17.5 cm, and almost 6 girth. I can't complain. So 18 cm CX should do the trick, and maybe a little RTE help? Wouldn't mind 7 inches, but the most important thing is "erection on demand"! Looking soooo forward to that.

My final goal of 10"+x6"+ is because I plan to get the tunica expansion procedure (TEP) whenever my current implant quits working. But yes, for half an inch growth, I think that instead of it being possible it's actually quite likely and doesn't require anything too excessive. It seems common through a lot of research and personal experiences that if you do a good bit of cycling and use a VED about 30 mins a day, you can expect a 1cm, 2cm, or 3cm increase in length, especially with AMS 700 LGX (don't know about others, but people seem to be gaining size from Titans?). That's right below half an inch to a good bit above it. Good luck, and let me know if you succeed!

Well fwiw I'm someone who has only used ChatGBT a lot and haven't really read anything about it, so I'd be curious what you have against it and maybe what some sources say. I can think of at least one thing - afaik it's all coming from Silicon Valley so that means just like social media it's hugely biased to the left when it comes to social justice crap. So I would not be surprised whatsoever if ChatGBT is designed entirely to make people believe false information about gender or races or whatever other issue that's currently controversial.

But I don't think it deserves an "Ignore this" because it's still an incredibly wide resource with easily accessible facts that can answer almost any question you might have. I’m not casting any doubt or aspersions on 2435tjk. What he’s got swinging is his own business. But here is what has me befuddled.

His profile says he has 24 cm worth of implant. That’s 9.44”.

For the sake of comparison I have 23 cm of implant, aka 9.06”.

In my case roughly 2.5” (6 cm) is in the crus, leaving about 6 3/4” of dick visible. I’m plenty happy with it. Any longer and I’d get laid much less often. My wife is one of those women who recoils from getting her cervix banged into.

But my question for 2435, and I’m not being hateful…..is how? You’ve got 9.44” of implant yet claim to be between 9 &9.5 inches in length. Where’s it coming from? How are you going to magically make the extra length appear? You’ve got a goal of 10.
