First of all, my apologies to those of you who have messaged me but didn't receive a response. I had a major health crisis that I'm now almost fully recovered from.

Next month marks my 4 year anniversary since implantation, the last week before COVID virtually shut down elective surgeries across the country. I was a frequent poster prior to and for about a year after acquiring my bionic superpower!

Since healing from surgery I've had no issues with the performance of my implant. My flaccid and inflated erect lengths are about 1 inch greater than before surgery and my girth has increased about 1/2 inch. It's a relief to no longer worry about getting or maintaining erections!!! The only downside, if you will, is that my wife no longer has the satisfaction of applying her amazing fellatio skills to creating a stiff member. Occasionally, I'll pump while she sucks to simulate that sensation but it's not the same feeling for her, although I enjoy it very much.

Most of the sensation I feel during sex is around the glans but not so much on the shaft. I'm able to eventually orgasm about 50% of the time. In preparation for sex, I'll refrain from taking several medications that day while ingesting 40 mg of Cialis and dissolving .25 cc of oxytocin under my tongue about an hour before showtime. Then, immediately before engaging, I apply Promescent warming gel to all of my sensitive areas.
