Perhaps I'm using the word wrong. The proximal part of the implant. That which is inside your body is what I was getting at.
It takes a huge difference in the proximal measurement in order to account for a 2" erection length difference in two men with the same total implant length. I can not explain two men with (claimed) radically different erections length that have the same implant. The math is beyond me.
