Day 5:
Was basically a repeat of Day 4, stayed horizontal and iced. First full day on Tylenol only with minimal pain.
Today Sat. day 6:
This AM switched from ice to intermittent heat pad and stayed "mostly" horizontal. Good news my afternoon shower is showing swelling is down by 50%

35 days days post surgery - overdue update
With the exception of persistent swelling in my sack, my recovery went well. Had my followup / activation visit on day 33. I think I was more nervous about this than the surgery. Not sure why because after The PA carefully cycled me once, I cycled twice with his approval and was sent home and told to cycle twice daily keeping it inflated for 5 min. for the first month, then on month 2 cycle once daily keeping it inflated for 1 hr. Asked about VED use he had no objections and said it was safe - just be sure not to overpump.

Sounds like you're doing well.
Just commenting because I just started to use a VED 15 months post op. Didn't ask my doc about it and it's reassuring to hear that your doc ok'd it.
Good luck & best wishes for your continuing recovery.
