I have and still do. The VED is applied to a completely pumped erection.

No, implant won't make you larger. Even not when using a Ved. The best you can achieve post-op is the same length as pre-op.

I have a mallabble and was told when I asked not to use a VED on the implant because it could possibly stretch out the length of the penis some and cause a floppy head ..

Hey all, new to this subject line, been on FT since I had my implant back in 2015. Like a lot of men (from what I have read) who have had the implant I have lost length. Pre implant I was average 5.5 in, now I'm only at 4". As with most couples we both have added a few pounds and now penetration sex is impossible. Are there any guys here that have had success restoring length with a VED?

This scares me about getting an implant. That's a significant reduction in size, and that is from having an implant?

I was 6” before I was implanted and after two years of cycling and using the VED I’m 6 3/4” when fully aroused

I’m using it now because my implant was damaged by a UROFILL procedure. I get a big honking erection that works well for oral and doggy style I only get 3-4 pumps from the implant I get my revision in February
