Meeting Dr. Clavell Monday

Postby Pamen116 » Fri Apr 26, 2024 11:03 am

Going to discuss revision- it’s been 1-2 years since my implant failure. I’m stoked about getting this fella back up and going!

I’m only 31 and since this is my 3rd surgery because of IPP failures I’m nervous to go that route again and am considering malleable.

My biggest concern is girth loss

30 yrs old. Current IPP failed in 2022. Waiting revision. No insurance. I’ve had both Titan & AMS.

go with malleable, too many failures and you are too young

Doctors earn more with IPPs and revisions, don't let them foolish you
LGX 18 + 1, 90 cc. 2023/12
Pre-OP VED length: 5.5". Post-OP: 4". At 3 months post-op: 5".
Cycling with a lot of pain for the first 5 months, now improving
If you have a motorcycle or a bike stop using it (ED with motorcycle accident).

New hope- I know I know. But I already have a thin penis idk if I can go malleable…. When having sex with a IPP I would have complaints that my dick was “skinny”….. I can’t imagine what they would say now if I went MPP

what is your girth? anything more than 4" is fine.

The most important thing is to reduce the number of operation in your life, not to gain 0.5" of girth. revisions increase the risk of infections and it's much preferable a bit smaller girth than infections with IPPs

Dr. Clavell does Phallofill , a girth enhancement injectable similar to Urofill. Ask him about that if you're concerned about your girth .

If it were me I would go for a 3 piece again since your so young, having the best possible dick during your younger years would be better in my opinion, go for the Malleable if need when your 60+ or if you have issues that its your only option. But... I have never had a Malleable, I'm sure it's better than nothing so can't give a great comparison other than in my mind the 3 piece makes the most sense. It just feels nice when you pumping and it grows, I like it better than my OEM dick.

I agree. 3 piece is still on my mind because of size. Anyone have any other feedback on what I should do
