I used to suffer from coital anxiety (i.e. loss of erection just before penetration) and I would love to know if someone else experienced the same and how you managed to overcome this problem.
I posted this on the Emotion forum and got zero replies, surely I'm not the only with this problem.
You can see my regimen below, information also played a huge part: the more you know about ED, the less stressful it will be.
Coital anxiety anyone?

I don't know what those drugs are. But yes, I have long suffered from what you described. At first, I thought it was mental but have since (more than 5 years ago now) been diagnosed with it being organic, or a physical issue, likely venous leak. Pills worked at first, until they didn't. Then trimix injections, which still do work but not completely. Going under the knife in about 4 weeks to join the bionic brotherhood and put this damn ED out to pasture.
ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.

Have you tried using a cock ring? IDK you and your SO routine with sex whether she can get you hard with oral, and then slip on a cock ring which will keep the blood from leaving your penis., or at least not as fast. Maybe worth a try
70 year old legally separated retired health-care professional. ED began in my early 50's. Viagra worked great for about 5 years, then had cardiac by-pass surgery and eventually moved to injections about 10 years ago.
