I don't think it's 5/10, maybe 7/10 with the implant. Also I've had some of my penis tissue atrophy away after the implant so I now have less of that pleasurable tissue inside

Hi all. I know this has been discussed before but I just want to dig a little deeper. Back story for me is I still.have good results with pulls but I need to take much more than the recommended does. I am really looking into getting an implant. My question is, the general consensus seems to be a blood filled dick is superior to an implanted one. How so? I just can't seem to think that an implant would be superior in so many ways! It sounds like a super dick. So I got mine done about a year ago and pills were working great, sometimes not so great. It became a psychological issue as time went on because I was never sure if I’d be able to fuck like a porn star or have to explain “this never happens” to a disappointed babe. Now that I have the implant, it absolutely is like having a super power. I don’t feel like I’ve lost any sensation at all when I’m balls deep in some vagina. For some of us the pills become over the years very ify if they are going to work, timing is always an issue with pills and in my case became a source of severe heart burn that would last for days after taking the pill.

For me there is no comparison. Pills worked fine for a couple years before the migraines and unreliability started. The hassle with pills was planning. Know what misery is when you pop a pill then come to bed 45 minutes later to a sleeping partner?
With my implant there is no worry, no planning and an orgasm feels just as good as my pre-implant dick.

Are you less satisfied with your implant the longer you own it? I saw your pics. It looks like a good dick with the implant

Everyone is different and I’ve had mine 2 years and the first few months was an adjustment after that it was better than not knowing if it would work or not. Also I was having terrible inconsistency with shots and the hassle of injecting and sometimes not going away even after 2-3 hours. And the aching dick the next day. Implant was my only option and I’ve never regretted a day since. My sensation was off maybe 20-30% first few months then came back to pre implant levels by 6 months. I used pills until it took as much as 40mg cialis and add 100mg of viagra to work and then it wasn’t consistent. And the side effects were bad.then injection nightmare. If pills works I would still be using them. If injections worked consisywith a lower dose I would still be doing that. A saline fluid filled dick may not be as good as a blood filled but I had no options and I love the way it feels now… and so does my wife of 38 years!
