Today, it was the day that I had surgery with Dr. Carrion in Tampa.
My pre surgery girth was 5.75 and length 5.9.
Ironically, I was put a size 11 diameter. I think is because my girth has more to do with the spongiosum, lower part of the penis and maybe the thick skin.
Everything seems to have gone well. My penis does look smaller, but is because I swell up a lot. My balls and fat pad are really swollen. Not to mention Im not aroused.
I’ve been told in the beginning the penis looks like rods and as it heals and tissue regenerates, it gets fuller.
Im hoping to keep my 5.75 girth when aroused otherwise I may consider doing urofill in the future.
Thing is i have swollen a lot lol im prone to swelling when I had liposuction, I swole up like crazy
Here is a photo, I guess is normal? It was a bit swollen in afternoon and in only a few hours it swole up like a ball
Rufian’s rigicon maleable
Re: Rufian’s rigicon maleable
Are they saying that kind of swelling is normal?
Re: Rufian’s rigicon maleable
im wondering where you heard the tissue would regenerate? that would be great ,but its the first i have heard that . Mine seems to have been destroyed ,and i went from a 6-inch girth to a 5-inch girth . After 2 months i don't see any regeneration of tissue and to me it does still feel like hard rods .
im currently consulting with clinics in thailand for a fat transfer filler to gain back the girth and have some padding there.
i had bruising the first week or so . not really any swelling .
i had sensitivity in the glans for about 4 weeks with any pressure on them. now at 8 weeks, that over .

Maybe you were undersized?
I think it depends on blood flow too. If the cause of your ED is bad blood flow as in arterial cause/diabetes, could explain the loss in size
In my case i have good blood flow and zero arterial plaque proved by several tests. My issues was venous insuficiency and leak
Today when i woke up I had more pain as I literally had morning wood which surprised me, my
Penis was harder and bigger, then after waking and walking the erection subsided and the pain reduced
So i still great blood flow in other areas
Also i read it can take longer than 2 months
It can take up to one year for scar tissue capsule to form around the implant which could potentially make it fuller.
I would wait one year before attempting fillers of anything is too soon at 2 months
Re: Rufian’s rigicon maleable
First of all congrats on the leap into it, They would be talking about forming the capsule around the rods.
As far as the swelling go's, do a lot of icing, and I mean a lot, and it'll come around to what you wanted.
I'm betting that your size will remain about the same as you started with.

After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.

Re: Rufian’s rigicon maleable
How old Are you?I'm thinking about getting an implant. Currently I don't feel like constantly pumping my sack for the flexible implant. May I ask what led you to take an implant? I myself have a venous leak and an erection is still there but it's very weak. I don't have a good erection unless I lie on my side. Does anyone know why?
Re: Rufian’s rigicon maleable
Another quick question,,,, what made you decide to go with the Rigicon ?

Re: Rufian’s rigicon maleable
Well turns out I had a lot of scar tissue. Surgeon told me they put the biggest implant possible
11x21
Im very swollen.
I only used trimix 6 months ago and about 10-12 times total. I think I already had scar tissue before that from forceful masturbation or sex?
I do have a predisposition for scar tissue. I had chest liposuction in Dec 1st and still have scar tissue around my chests. I can feel and see it under my armpits when I lift my arms.
Now im concerned I may have lost size but it seems my 5.75” girth before was more from spongiosum
If i has scar tissue how come i never lost size before? My girth always was always 5.75 at mid and 5.9 at base before the surgery and same 15 years ago.
Maybe it was scar tissue what caused my ED issues?
I will only know at 6 weeks where i will try to masturbate and measure the aroused girth
Im still having some form of morning erections as i have more pain when i wake up and my penis feels harder, then after a few minutes the pain gets better and penis feels less hard
How come am i still morning erections? Must be from spongiosum
I have good blood flow, that was never my problem as i had multiple heart tests and i have zero plaque im 40 and have the arteries of a 34 year old

Lowest risk for erosion
More sizes
Hydrophylic coating and lifetime warranty
How come did you girth got bigger with the implant?
Could it be from scar tissue adding up bulk?

Not really ,if i had gone with the rigi10 i would have got the 14 mm rods , but due to the doctors recommendation and assurance that I would not lose length or girth i went with the stiffer tactra and got 13 mm rods . my length is about the same .
From what i have read, when diolaters are used to place the implant it destroys the corpos cavernosum and they should not be used .
im sure that falls on deaf ears with the doctors doing the implants .
Only a year ago ,with supplements and cialis i was getting good hard big erections , but that was getting harder to do . So i went with the implant .
i was 6 inch girth right up to the procedure
this from a implant site "To preserve as much of the corpora cavernosa as possible, it is important to minimize the use or not use of dilators during the penile prosthesis implantation process. The use of dilators to perform prosthesis implants harms the corpora cavernosa, which can result in loss of residual penile filling quality.
The conservation of the cavernous bodies as possible is essential so that the patient can enjoy the residual penile filling that he had before the implantation of the prosthesis. For this preservation, instead of inserting the penile prosthesis in the middle of the penis, it is necessary to make a separation between the cavernous bodies and the tunica albuginea where the prosthesis is implanted.
Thus, when the patient has a cerebral erotization and penile vasodilation, he will be able to enjoy the filling and heating of the penis closer than he was able to before undergoing an implantation process."
I will get fillers this coming week in thailand if there is a opening ,and probably go with HA fillers versus fat transfer . if after several months some capsule forms around the rods, all the better.
Regarding choice of fillers ,there isn't a lot of info on the matter . But HA is quick and not much downtime.
