Thanks man! Post surgery pain is a 1 out of 10. that nerve block is a blessing, just using Tylenol for now. Will start the other prescribed meds to prevent infection tomorrow. For now, sitting in my hotel room with ice and a hard wrapped penis. Exciting times ahead!

Thanks for checking in Journeyman. Feels great to be on Frank Talk with like minded guys. I haven’t told anyone about the IPP other than my brother (told my boss/a few co workers I was headed down to Houston for a hernia surgery) so talking about this with everyone in here is truly awesome.

I am currently at a 1 out of 10 pain wise using just Tylenol. Anesthesia caused some nausea after the procedure but that went away after a few hours. Was able to pee quite easily as well (once I had the stability to stand up). Biggest pain is the reservoir that feels like a slightly pulled muscle in my lower right abdomen. Back at the hotel with a mummy wrapped dick that is 60% erect. So happy to be here.

As for the IPP specifics, I’m not sure. I only spoke to Dr. Clavell pre - op (the tiger maker had 4 procedures today). I have his phone number and will get to know specifics within the next few days I’m sure. He is class, just talking to him made me feel comfortable and we even had a few conversations on his recent Europe travels and other IPP stories.

I should say, I know it’s a Titan, we discussed that pre - op. Not sure on size/RTEs quite yet.

Congrats on successful surgery! Take it easy in your recovery, don’t sweat it if there are setbacks. Just keep moving forward. I’m on Day 8 of recovery, and I had little pain at first, but lots of swelling and bruising. That seems to be subsiding now, but some pain sets in. I’ve read a lot of recovery posts the last few days, and it seems everyone is different. Almost everything will heal in time, so don’t sweat it if you hit a roadblock.

This forum is amazing, isn’t it? I haven’t told anybody. No one knows except me, my doctors, and all you anonymous dudes! Strange for what feels like such a significant life event.

Congrats to you on making this decision while you are young. I regret that I didn’t even think about it for so long. I wish I had done it earlier.

Good luck with your recovery, I’ll be following along.

49. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Got a 20 CM Titan with 0.5 CM RTEs. He also found scar tissue but worked around that like a champ. Thought I’d get a little more but Dr. Clavell says it’s irrelevant as we all have different internal depths and our final size should be basically what it was pre implant. Maybe I’m shorter internally, I do have 0 fat pad. Day of surgery is pointless to measure but I’m at 60% erect with no glans engorgement I’m at 6 inches. Thinking once I cycle and have my glans engorged (never had issues with that) I’ll be a happy man.

I’m glad you got it done now man, never too late to become the best version of yourself! Thanks for the heads up, the boys are pretty swollen under this mummy wrap as is the reservoir location in my lower right abdomen. Been icing frequently alongside taking Tylenol for pain. You’re a champ for having little pain with no nerve block.

Seems like we’ll have implant anniversary’s on the same month from here on. Keep me updated on your recovery, cycling, and enjoy that Cali summer!
