testicle swelling and redness beginning of week 3

just had my sutures taken out today and a few hours later broke into a fever and my sac is swollen and more red. i can still feel the pump and deflator but its def swollen. i did a bit more walking yesterday and today. Spoke with my dr and he said wait the night but if it gets worse its an infection and he said he needs to it out.

does that mean malleable for life? what determines if he can try again? i have a 22cm titan.

I understand the concern.

I think you're getting ahead of yourself and getting overwhelmed.

Follow your doctor's advice.

Not all infections are uncontrollable, and removing sutures sometimes further abuses the area.
