Going above the max recommended dose of cialis

Hey all - I found out that for pulmonary arterial hypertension, the recommended daily dose of cialis is 40mg. This made me more comfortable with going well above the recommended daily dose of cialis for ED, which I believe is 5-10mg daily. My Urologist actually encouraged it. So I take 20-25mg of cialis daily now.

Has anyone else tried daily doses this high? Obviously consult with your doctor first.

Curious to hear from others.

When I take a lot of Cialis several days in a row, I get bad hip and lower back pain. Other than that it works well

For a long time by existing chronic back pain prevented me taking daily cialis at all. I made good progress with back pain

So started using 5 and then 10mg which worked well for about 3-4wks. Now it does nothing so tried 15mg and only
Marginally better but I feel so rough in the day.

It’s such a shame as when it was working on 10mg a day I though just maybe I would have something that would keep me going and just feel slightly normal’

When I’m not taking anything,
Literally no blood supply to it and it just feels like it’s dead - no sensation at all.
