As much as they suck, condoms generally take care of this issue for me. Honestly though, being able to stay rock hard even with condom usage is pretty awesome. I’m less than a year into this implant journey and it seems like every day my sex life keeps getting better and better.

I'll chime in on this topic. I have fought severe PE for over 25 years and tried the SSRIs, all the techniques, the "pill" to retard PE, creams, etc. When I used Trimix for over 10 years at a high strength they sent a small tube of Trimix numbing gel to numb the area before the shot. I tried a dab of this on the head of my penis and it made a HUGE difference! It increased my penetration time to 30 minutes + depending how much I used. If I need to last longer I use more, if it's a quickie I use less.

This is the answer you are looking for. I have a script for it now and buy it in a bigger tube.

Just be aware of the fact, that any type of topical numbing cream or spray can and will also transfer to your partner and not only numb yourself. Provided you are not using a condom.
Some numbing sprays/creams will not transfer to your partner if you wait a set amount of time for it to be absorbed fully, but in case your partner has trouble cuming allready or is not that sensitive down there, be aware of that.
