if you care about flaccid I suggest you LGX. My flaccid is almost like my natural.
Other people much longer also use LGX without issues

you could consider trying out some temporary filler for the penis that dissolves over time so it's not a permanent commitment and go for a more permanent filler later. You may find that it makes the penis more cushioned like a natural penis does that is filled with blood and then you also don't feel the dog ears very easily.

I have an AMS 700 CX and that’s recommended model coming from a Titan. Today is two months since my April 9 implant date. I can’t believe the surgery it was $141,000 and the Department of Veterans Affairs Tucson VA hospital paid for all of it. Anyway the CX model is supposed to be the best for rigidity -close to the titan. The advantages or how it’s made. The AMS has silicone outer layers, which are very soft, Titan is polyurethane, which is very hard like a straw.

My AMS 700lgx can be pumped rock hard. I mean un bendable. It starts hurt after 30 minutes at that hard. Soft is almost natural. I usually put 2-3 pumps into soft. Over 6 years old. I can screw for 3 hours with it at 80% hard. 30 pumps.

I have a LGX. Flaccid is almost as natural as my natural dick. I asked for a CX, but got a LGX. I asked for the CX because it's not as hard in the flaccid stated, but former than the LGX in inflated state. So not happy doc decided for the LGX on the table. LGX is too flexible in the erect state at my length +/- 7 inch.

Why don't you choose the CX? I read CX is much more natural in the flaccid stat than the Titan but less flexible than the LGX for penetration.
Is it okay to have a replacement just after 90 days?

One more reason your doctor put in a Titan is your size. Titan cylinders to up to 26 cm, while AMS cylinders are of a max of 21 am, with the 24 cm cylinders being (special order). No justification for that from Boston Scientific, but the fact is that the longer the cylinder, the stiffer it should be.
In the revision, you may get the 24cm CX or 21cm with 3cm RTE.

Dutchie, you don't want to get into another invasive surgery in such a short period. Thousands of men have the LGX and quite happy with it. I understand that with 7 inch length it could be flexible, but flexibility isn't a big concern if you can get hard and have penetrative sex without issues. You will get used to it and 10 or 15 years, if it fails then you can go for a CX or maybe a new model in the market. Think of the positive outcome of being able to have a rigid erection after years of ED, and enjoy it :)
