Implant in two weeks...a few questions.

Hi guys, I've got surgery in two weeks with Dr. Karpman in San Francisco and had a few questions for you guys. Actually my GF wanted me to ask, will I be able to get hard on my own after the implant, as I can get hard now but it won't last and the other question is; will I still leak the pre-cum as I get turned on?

The reason she wants to know is because she gets a kick out of rubbing me at a restaurant or show and feeling me get hard and leaking with excitement (she said it really turns her on to know she gets me that excited and she would be sad to lose that part if I get my implant). Anyway I told her I didn't know but you guys might so she asked me if I would post these questions to you guys.

If you get hard now then you should still get blood flow to the spungiosum and glans exuse the spelling. I was in the same situation I could get hard about 70% of the time but couln't keep it up 99% of the time. Now after about five months I am starting to wake up with somewhat of a hard on and yes when I get exited I do get somewhat hard on my own. I would give you this advice, if you have blood flow now but you have ED more then 40% everytime you try to have sex then I would surly consider the implant option as it will cure your ED 100% just know that once you go the implant rout you can not go back not that there would be anything to go back to. I have had my implant since 9-4-13 and I am super glad I did it my ED is cured and I can now get and keep an erection for as long as I and my wife want it is a wonderful thing to not have ED anymore. Just remember the choice is yours do your research and ask alot of questions and stay positive. Good luck to you and take care.

You won´t loose it because the implant don´t interfere with the urethra or any seminal glands. Don´t worry

You will still get that pre cum action and some swelling or engorgement. I was the same. I just couldn't keep it up naturally and I too had morning erections. I have talked to other guys with similar conditions and have surmised that those still with some natural engorgement make out really well with the implant. My glans (or head) still engorge with stimulation and with that, my new erection looks completely natural. Good luck

Fantastic! Thanks for your replies, I think every implant doc should recommend this place to all their patients, so much help and information. I'm a little nervous about the surgery but after reading all the posts here I think I can go into the surgery with confidence.
