Men, it is extremely important to exercise and to try to get as much blood flow going as possible. This will improve ALL aspects of health and well-being. Too much sitting or laying around promotes the wrong kind of stiffening (pun intended).
YES! Exercise is key to maintaining a healthy physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. There is an old adage in my country which is this....MOTION IS LOTION.....our bodies were not made to sit and be static. We are dynamic, fluid-filled organisms and we need to move frequently to get everything flowing. Sitting is the new smoking. Walking, running, Yoga, swimming, etc, even performing floor exercises right at home are very important!
Additionally, if men have a large fat pad around the pubic area that can hinder blood flow to the penis from the weight of the fat pushing down on the pubic region. If you are more than a few kilos overweight, get the weight off. Your overall health will benefit tremendously.
I am currently on a mission to get muscle lean to see how this affects my E.D. and P.D. I should reach my goal by October 2024 so I will keep everyone posted if I see a change that resulted from weight loss and exercise.
I am also using VED and pumping. My goal is to lose 15 kilos, roughly about 30 pounds, give or take, and continue to exercise every day to keep the blood flow going.
Exercise! Exercise! Exercise!
Re: Exercise! Exercise! Exercise!
I am a retired therapist who taught exercise and there are precautions you need to be aware of. If you are over 50 with any kind of health issues, PLEASE go see your doctor before starting any regime of exercise. Then have a trained therapist show you safe exercises for your age and health condition.

Re: Exercise! Exercise! Exercise!
exercise is good of course . im 65 and do a bicycle 20k ride every other day now that i have the time . and do some weight training at home.
But that does not reverse venous leakage . it does make my leg muscles fell pumped .and the arm curls and pushups do the same for those muscles . Not my dick though . it cant curl 28 pounds .
