Implant cost 2024?

Hello all, the implant is becoming a very real option for me. I live in Canada and I want to do it with a high volume surgeon so my only option is to go get it done in the States. I get the impression I need to pay for a consultation before any surgeon will tell me his price. Can someone please help me with the cost of their implant with the following surgeons, or other high volume surgeons in the States?
Dr Eid, Dr Perito, Dr Clavell, Dr Hakky, Dr Kramer. Anyone else?

Here is a listing of urological surgeons that offer a self-pay package in various parts of USA.

Several of them are relatively high volume doctors who have operated on various posters on this website with good results. They may not have the name-brand wow factor of Eid, Hakky, or Clavell but there are some decent surgeons at prices that are realistic.

I would look to stay as close to home as possible. As posted above the most known doctor on Surgeo would be Levine in Chicago. That price is in the higher end of the list. It includes a 25k third party insurance plan to help with a reoperation in the first year. Mainly to help if there is an infection.

I would think Eid would return an e-mail or his staff would with a self-pay cost. Pretty sure Hakky would also. The others most likely would. If I was up north, I would most likely pick whoever was closest. Eid or Levine.
