The more rigid the malleable penile implant rods are, the greater the risk of erosion and atrophy to the penile tissues. For better outcomes, it's advisable to choose a rod that approximates the natural flexibility and response of an erect penis. This approach helps to minimize erosion and tissue atrophy. We can't outsmart human biology 100%. The marketing handouts of malleable rods should really be talking about that instead of talking 900,000 bend cycles and axial pound pressure of a dinosaur's penis. Human sexual life is not the same as a 10 year career of a pornstar. What really matters to patients is long term safety and satisfaction.

the glans and the shaft are filled with blood 2 different ways . in the shaft i no longer have any thing to be filled with blood .that spongy tissue was ruined .
by the way ,according to doctors performing the implants .erosion is rare and due to improper sizing or abuse . [starts at minute 1:40]

Is the surgeon in the video reliable? I have strong reservations about depending on him, particularly because he may not offer adequate support if complications arise. My friends describe him in even harsher terms. How does this high-volume surgeon handle complications that stem from his own surgeries?

He is the doctor who did my implant . recovery was a breeze . he wanted me to stay longer .but i choose not to . while there , rides were provided to and from his office . the one issue is like all malleables is the spongy tissue being damaged by the diolaters
i have had 2 girls try out the new 'member' and they come back for more .
its me who misses the girth, and hopefully ill get the HA fillers done soon . getting a touch up once a year in this part of the world will not be costly .
going to india is another matter . That is not something i would like to repeat .

It's reassuring to hear that they return for more. Partner satisfaction is crucial; otherwise, the entire endeavor is pointless unless the implant is intended solely for masturbation. Do your partners notice the implant as unnaturally hard, or does it feel natural to them? Also, how quickly were you able to obtain a visa to India? Thanks for the information!

There is still some blood flow around the implant.

Erectile Dysfunction primarily involves impaired blood flow to the penis. Our approach with implants specifically addresses the issue of penetration by providing structural support. However, PDE-5 inhibitors remain valuable for improving blood flow. It's important to note that an implant does not cure Erectile Dysfunction; it merely resolves the mechanical aspect of penetration.

thats a great theory. one i have not heard before . there are 2 different mechanisms that fill the glans and the shaft .
with my implant i can tell the spongy tissue is damaged . i have no padding on the upper half of the shaft . and the zero engorgement while stimulated during sex .

"To preserve as much of the corpora cavernosa as possible, it is important to minimize the use or not use of dilators during the penile prosthesis implantation process....... The use of dilators to perform prosthesis implants harms the corpora cavernosa, which can result in loss of residual penile filling quality......

The conservation of the cavernous bodies as possible is essential so that the patient can enjoy the residual penile filling that he had before the implantation of the prosthesis. For this preservation, instead of inserting the penile prosthesis in the middle of the penis, it is necessary to make a separation between the cavernous bodies and the tunica albuginea where the prosthesis is implanted.

do any doctors in any country not use dilators ? i have never read any guy with a implant say ,"hey ,great news . my girth increased after a while all on its own "
that would be great if it would
the way the glans is filled is usually not harmed by the implant procedure from what i have read and patients .
"The dorsal artery is responsible for supplying blood to the glans of the penis during engorgement. The bulbourethral artery supplies the corpus spongiosum ."

neither one has made any comment on the hardness . but i can feel a world of difference from before . pre implant with a natural erection , putting my thumb and forfinger around the shaft . i would be squeezing it at 6 inch girth .its was firm but padded . now i can encircle it and have space inbetween . and its hard to the touch . one girl is from last year and has not said anything , or that she has noticed a difference.
the visa to india can be done online . the hassle was that they wanted photos of documents and they had to be downsized and the format changed .
the country itself , in the streets is something else . lets just say its a good thing the hotel had room service .Egypt is much cleaner .
