Soft Glans Anyone?

The soft glans has nothing to do with the implant. The spongious meat in your dick is engorged by different nerves than the erection nerves.My blood flow came back partially at 3-4 years after the RP surgeon ripped all my nerves out

My experience after two years is if the SO is having pain from the tips you need to use more lube. I use cialis and it helps very notably and don’t take much. If you can’t take it I would try urethra injection of a timix. You insert it with syringe not a needle. If that don’t work just use plenty lube and hammer away.

I'm 19 months in Coloplast Titan. I suffered with soft glans. Used trigel which worked but stopped cause even the slightest amount was painful. After quite some time it resolved itself. I do not suffer from soft or floppy head anymore. I'm going to guess it was well after 1 year that it normalized itself.

Well...I was only 1.5 to 2 inches so the answer is no.

Had ED for three years after prostrate loss and I was 1.5 to 2 inches tops. Many have a floppy head after being implanted and thats what happened to me too. I thought it would be forever but as I stated before.....it healed itself. Not to 100 percent of what it was pre surgery Prostrate but its good enough. Coloplast Titan I am 6L and 6g.

Hi Alex, i read you had floppy glans. Did the tips of the cylinders reach inside your glans from the beginning? Did the tips reach further over time or it stayed the same?

In my case my tips do not reach the glans at all, causing the glans to have no support and being completely floppy. I wonder if it's the same problem as you or a different one.
