Thanks Neisseria, for the links. So I must say I'm really not sure which implant to go with now. Advice from anyone would be great to help me make my final decision. :? Again I go in the 21st of Feb, so less then 3 weeks.

I've decided to go with the biggest AMS700LGX. Doc says it will be fine. Hope I'm happy with it.

Ok, well if your Doc says so and you want that it´s ok. It will probably be fine, i was just commenting what would most of the surgeons choose. Best luck for you! Keep us updated!

I agree my dr recommended Titian for me, I was implanted Dec 5th 2013. I have an excellent erection probably better than when I was in my teens :) My dr does both AMS and Coloplast, but recommends Titian for bigger guys and those with Peyronie disease.

1 week to go and I will be done. I'm really nervous now and just want it over with. I read that some use a pump each day for a week before they go in. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks Newley1, seems like a lot of guys with a bigger penis are not keen on the ams700lgx. I guess if I'm not happy I can always swap it out for the Coloplast later. Just wish I wasn't so full of anxiety, still a week to go.

SB,
From what I gathered from my surgeon, both are fine. I am not large by any means yet Dr recommended the Coloplast, he gave me the final option but just seemed to slightly favor the OTR, smaller pump. Although Titan is often favored in larger Ps, I think it could be perhaps to their greater options in length. I ended up just telling surgeon it was his choice. He is a very "up front" surgeon with no guarantees other than hardness and I guess in the long run that is the most important factor in overcoming ED. I, too, am a little scared as I wait for March 11th. Good luck to you. billy

I measure 9×6 which is why guys are saying go with the Coloplast. But my doc says the special order ams will be fine. I hope the doc is correct, lol. I guess this is part of my anxiety issue. 6 more days to go and I'm counting the minutes. I'm going to try and inflate it as much as I can right from the start depending on how much pain I have. I hope they give me some good pain meds.

Well it's in there 3 days now, very painful. Doc says all went well. Now the pain game.
