Love my Titan, but just wondering about two things:

1. it sticks out a bit and I wear a suit for work. Any tips on getting it to point down more? Seems to twist and stick out on right side with a large kink/dog ear.

Can look a bit awkward.

2. Have heard of guys whose squeaks (while pumping) went away after a while. No big deal, but any way to do this or is it just random?

Considering switching to AMS just so I can wear a suit comfortable - thoughts?

Appreciate any advice.

Mine squeaked when pumping and my wife could hear it as well, yes flaccid I had dog ears, but you know what it worked damn good when it worked. Had it 5 yrs then the tubing failed in March of this year. I have now got the AMS LGX, 2 weeks in, flaccid it seems to be no more less than the Titan was, however no squeaks ..yet.. and definitely no dog ears, will not know if that changes with time or not. As far as size, flaccid can't tell any difference but erect yes maybe 1 inch shorted and girth as well but I just got this thing and I will need to cycle as the LGX is suppose to get a little longer and some more girth.

After a year of twice daily for 30 minutes ea time and doing the perito exercises, it softened up a LOT! Try squeezing it and holding it squeezed for a little longer than normal and as your squeezing push it into your body. If I do this mine will flatten out so flat that it looks deformed and will hang over my finger at a 90 degree it’s so soft. I either stop short of this or even add a few pumps to give it a natural look. I have no issues with concealing it. If I’m around the grand kids at the lake I will wear a bikini swimsuit under my loose fitting trunk for support. I wear loose fitting jeans and dress slacks weekly and have no issues. I’m about 5-1/2 inches flaccid and 6-3/4 erect.

it really hurts under my head, the left side seems to be oversized, if my implantologist keeps his promises in September I will switch to ams cx, at the cost of the device

The Titan will soften up but it takes a while. Are you deflating as much as possible and giving the pump a squeeze to lock it?
Mine never squeaked at first, then it started about the 3rd year. If I pump fast it squeaks, if I pump slower it doesn't squeak.
To not show the bulge have you tried more restrictive underwear? There are some with a pouch in front that keeps everything in place. However, the Titan is known for leaving a bulge.

How much are you deflating? if you have no issues with auto inflation then with complete deflation you should be able to conceal it without issues. After complete deflation i can wear a swim shorts and go out swimming.

I have checked with Dr Hakky, and it seems some titans will stick out; just depends on the penis.

My issue isn’t a bulge, it’s the dog ear and the flaccid angle that sticks out looking like an erecrion in tight clothing. Have tried everything so far.

Just started perito exercises and got a stretching device.

Seems like some oenises can end up like this. I probably also had a lot of scar tissue.

I have the same problem. So I inflate a bit to keep my penis vertical then wear tight, high waisted, no pouch, no fly, underwear. This seems to work well under tight or loose clothes.

I have a Titan OTR pump and it makes squeaking noise since beginning. I find that it I don't pump it up for a few days the squeak reduces on a subsequent inflation. But it does squeak loud enough for the partner to hear. We have now started enjoying the squeak and have a good laugh when it does.

The dog ears are a reality and can be annoying. I find that an underwear made of stretchable fabric but reasonably tight is the best to tuck it. My flaccid points to the right so I just tuck it downwards.
