Gay Frank Talk members?

Most times, ED is ED. But sometimes, concerns are going to be different.

Great idea but if you had venous leakage so bad that the shots would not work I doubt that is going to be much help except in cases of mild ED

Kevin here in Los Angeles. I am excited that my surgery is scheduled for 9/6/23 with Dr. Mills at UCLA, and of course very apprehensive too. The upcoming pain and likely at least temporary loss of size are my big concerns. I know it's crazy, but we are going on the Atlantis cruise 6 weeks after my surgery. I hope to have a really fast recovery. Dr. Mills said he would even activate at my 2-week follow-up instead of the 4-week follow-up if I am doing really well.

I haven't figured out how to do the signature line yet (the FAQ says to use the control panel, but I don't see anything related to it there). Before SPL is 7-7/8" and pumped 8" x 7-1/2". I fear permanently losing girth, even if I can regain length. We all love the feeling of a fat cock;)

I have before photos (and videos). Just PM me if you want them.

Best regards,
Kevin

Hello. New here from southeast Michigan. ED plus Peyronie's. Potential implant in my future. Frightening prospect TBH. But is it worse than having a bent erection, if I can even get a hardon to begin with?

Hi guys, Mike from western MA/Northampton here; fit 63 yo, major ED after robot assisted prostatectomy in Sept 2021. I'm 12 days post implant surgery (Coloplast Titan) w Dr Eid (the best!) in NYC. Didn't lose any length or girth--I attribute that to Dr Eid, who's probably done more of these procedures than anyone (and has developed successful techniques to decrease infection, and works with the device manufacturers to improve longevity and maximize penis length and girth, is incredibly gay friendly (before my procedure he gave me a list of gay guys who've had the procedure through him that were willing to talk with me). Things going well; pain has decreased. He has us start cycling on day three after we remove the urinary catheter. Not as painful as I had thought it would be. I'm horny as hell all the time, maybe bc I have a much bigger flaccid cock than before, and it's always announcing to me that it needs attention (and action). Can't wait until three weeks, when I'll be cleared for sex: I have about five guys who have offered to be "test bottoms." I'm glad there's a gay section to FrankTalk! I accepted that I had no choice but to bottom for the past three years, but I'm ready to take back my preferred role as a top. There's nothing more disheartening than topping a beautiful man after pumping my dick with VED and putting on a constriction ring (this is pre-procedure of course) and then losing my erection, and having my roommate take over. I think we all have similar stories! I'm really excited.
Happy life my brothers! Mike

Hi, Mike here again from Northampton,MA. New to this forum and I love the information I’m finding. Thanks Al your courageous guys for sharing.
My question has to do with my new implant. In one week I will be cleared to have sex. I’ve read on a number of straight posts that women prefer when the implant is not fully pumped so that it’s not so hard.
For gay bottoms, do you guys find that, either as a top, or a bottom, you prefer the top with the implant to be fully pumped or do you prefer that he is a little softer? Which feels better? My sense is that fully pumped and girthy is better than 80% pumped or something like that. I would appreciate your thoughts on this! And if some gay guy is interested, I’d love to have a phone chat about actual use of the implant for topping. Let me know you’re thoughts on the question about fully vs partially inflated for topping .
