25.5.CM Titan Implant

Does anyone know the final length based on a 25.5cm Coloplast Titan? I have seen a few posts where guys have done the calculations and it's been on point. However, my attempts at replying to those post is not working so I decided to just create a new topic.

It matters what your proximal and distal measurements are . I recommend you look up a video Dr.Clavell did recently on rte's. It covers all this material

It takes 2.54 cm to equal an inch. So if you got implanted with 25.5cm divided by 2.54 = 10.03 inches of implant. How much of that implant is buried inside you and how much is out ?

Lengths will vary due to proximal and distal variances also if the measurement is taken infrapubic or scrotal will drastically change the distal and proximal lengths but overall they are the same. With 20cm titan and I cm rte I get about 6.75 or a little more out of mine bone pressed measurements. Again this varies by several cms. I think I’m at the long end of estimates for my length of implant cylinders but again it varies. The most importing is get a good high volume qualified Dr to do the implant. This should insure proper sizing which is key to a great final results.

I’m the stat guy.

Before I run your numbers let me clarify something.

Any calculation I throw out there is based on “most” guys, a “typical” anatomy, and penis size being normally distributed.

There are a lot of variables. That being said, my calculations are simple, based upon common sense, and do tend to be right more often than not.

You’ve got 25.5 cm of implant.

That’s 10.03 inches.

With a typical anatomy, between 1/3 and 1/4 of your dick will be behind the pubic bone ie invisible/unusable.

That puts between 66% & 75% of it as visible penis.

That’s between 6.62 inches and 7.52 inches.

From the end of the implant to the tip of the penis most guys have roughly 0.4 inches.

So with a 25.5 cm implant, you should expect a final result between 7.02 inches and 7.92 inches with the midpoint, 7.47 inches, having the greatest probability.

If I were a betting man I’d put money on a final result awfully close to 7 1/2 inches. Nothing wrong with that. I wouldn’t object to having one that size. My wife might but I wouldn’t. I’m at 6 3/4” and a good way to terminate “some enchanted evening” abruptly is 2 or 3 punches to the cervix. I can assure you based on her anatomy 6 3/4” will take you there.
