Most guys have a 3 o'clock angle, some are lucky and get to 2 o'clock and I've seen quite a few 4 o'clock...but no 12 o'clock hard

I agree with Mark74. No implant will get you to 12o’ clock, I don’t think. Although, I’ve lost a bit,of girth and length, my cock was always heavy and hadn’t risen to that level since I was 25

When my AMS700 CX worked and I pumped it as far as I could, it was like a steel rod - that thing stood at about the 2:30 - 3 o'clock position and was extremely hard with very little flex to it. I have a large fat pad as well so I don't think mine would have gotten much better - most say 2 o'clock is about the best that you'll see. But as far as strength and firmness or how hard - like a rock without any give.
