Gay Frank Talk members?

Most times, ED is ED. But sometimes, concerns are going to be different.

Raising my hand here in Seattle! I notice that many of these posts are several years old. Are there any men from Seattle on here now?

My question has to do with my new implant. In one week I will be cleared to have sex. I’ve read on a number of straight posts that women prefer when the implant is not fully pumped so that it’s not so hard.
For gay bottoms, do you guys find that, either as a top, or a bottom, you prefer the top with the implant to be fully pumped or do you prefer that he is a little softer? Which feels better? My sense is that fully pumped and girthy is better than 80% pumped or something like that. I would appreciate your thoughts on this! And if some gay guy is interested, I’d love to have a phone chat about actual use of the implant for topping. Let me know you’re thoughts on the question about fully vs partially inflated for topping .

This is one of the great “bonus features” that is rarely talked about. In fact, both you and your bottom will feel different sensations at different levels of hardness. Your actual physical sensations will likely be reduced when you go beyond “human level” of hardness, but at least for me, the psychological impact of being so big and hard is a huge turn-on that makes me cum. You won’t be able to be at absolutely full inflation for long periods of time when fucking. It was only like 15 minutes for me at first, and at six months is still only at 60 minutes, but it doesn’t matter. Staying hard all the time will make you a unicorn—even among Trimix users. You can change the hardness while you are fully in the bottom, and both of you can feel it changing (especially if you are pumping harder). It will stretch when you fuck, so it will naturally get softer. You can either just leave it alone, which will allow you to go longer, or keep pumping every few minutes and it will get bigger and bigger (and harder). I have gone for as long as eleven hours fucking at parties, as long as not about about 60-75% inflation. (I pump up more for the hottest ones, and then let some out to avoid getting sore.) I topped around 150 men last weekend at Dore Alley. It’s what you can look forward to: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/70titwt5 ... 7&e=1&dl=0

hey rods, considering you probably have watched a lot of men, what do you think is the real average length erected?
LGX 18 + 1, 90 cc. 2023/12
Pre-OP VED length: 5.5". Post-OP: 4". At 3 months post-op: 5".
Cycling with a lot of pain for the first 5 months, now improving
If you have a motorcycle or a bike stop using it (ED with motorcycle accident).

Newhope, I don’t feel qualified to answer that for a couple of reasons. The men that go to big sex parties are clearly self-selected, and likely are not representative of the overall population. That said, I usually insist of sucking bottoms dicks, many of which are not at all accustomed to that from tops. They are often really covered up, and often have particularly small dicks. They are still worthy of worship, and can produce delicious loads, just like bigger dicks. Men with small dicks who aren’t accustomed to tops paying attention to their coming are especially pleased, making it a win-win.

Also gay here in Baltimore.

Cancer with RP in July 2023. Went a year to see if I got ANYTHING back naturally - and I didn't - so - going under the knife December 9th. I can't say that I'm excited - but it will be a relief to get something back. As a top/vers I really miss topping. I am married - btw to a wonderful man who has supported me and put up with me for almost 8 years now. I'm sure he's looking forward to going back to being bottom vers. Lol.

I am a bit nervous about asthetics. I have some deformation caused by Pyriones that was caused by the RP - so....

I did loose about a 1/2" - 3/4" or so of girth (was 6.25) due to the Pyriones as well - but hey - I still have plenty left so - there is that.

I guess I'm just really nervous about this and can get a bit down now and then. I both really want / need the surgery and really don't want it at the same time.

Make sense?
48yo gay married male - Prostatectomy done 7/2023. Severe ED due to nerve removal for possible cancer encroachment (none detected). Size before cancer / ED = 7.5" x 6.25"

Yes, it makes perfect sense. Any guy that says he's NOT nervous...lies!
Be patient through the healing process. Support from your significant other is essential, go through this TOGETHER.
After the procedure, time will seem to slow down. A week or so after, you'll ask" What the hell did I do?" Again be patient.
The implant changed my life, and it will change yours.

Geeky gay-guy here. Prostate cancer survivor and grateful member of the Bionic Boys Club. My amazing hubby and I have been married for almost 32 years as of this post. Our anniversary is next month! I cannot imaging having gone through all this without him by my side.
