I have two daughters one who is a teenager and like I say it is just so noticeable that it’s embarrassing. I want to be able to enjoy the pool and wear normal shorts on holiday without looking like I have a constant semi. Just wondering if there is anything out there that would make it look as though it wasn’t sticking out, it’s not a natural look at all and really embarrassing. I have no issue with my bulge looking bigger than it did before but surely there must be something out there that would make it look flatter to my body rather than sticking out ? As for why I got it in the first place I got implanted because I was at the end of the road for a long time with all treatments not working and in a dark place mentally not because I wanted a big bulge to show off to others. I’m very happily married to a gorgeous wife and just want to be able to enjoy my implant without walking about looking like a freak or having to wear loose fitting baggy clothes. I was really ill informed prior to getting my implant and didn’t have chance to do any research, my appointment was scheduled 3 days before my op if only I knew about this forum first it would have prepared a lot more.

Hello man,

I share your concern and honestly felt sick of being lectured about embracing the bulge or flip the conversion into why wives do not accept it bla bla

I think the younger recently implanted men with little or teen children will relate to this more and will look for ways to hide the bulge.

I kept on trying many ways without luck so far or discomfort. Please let me know even privately if you found a solution!

Thanks

I posted earlier but will post again on this issue. Earlier on I definitely had and worried about my bulge! My 6 year old triplet grandkids, daughter and son in law were living with us the first 6 months after my implant so I definitely was concerned! I found that by 6-8 months it was much softer and pliable and easier to hide. As other mentioned I had not been totally deflating my implant! When deflating wrap your hand around your penis and squeeze gently but firmly til you have gotten all the fluid out that you can… at this point continue to hold your grip and push your fist into your pubic bone cause g your cylinders to collapse or accordion in. If you have a genesis pump it should hold the fluid locked out when you release the button. If one touch you might need to put a quick pump in to lock it out. This practice along with time and cylinders getting softer along with me getting used to it all works to a very acceptable small bulge. Hang in there. Time will cure this issue.

Is there a way to tell you’ve fully deflated other than “i think i got it all out” or is it just a feel thing?

I don't want to discount what you're going through, I'm just hoping to give you a new perspective.

I was 6.25 x 6.25 without VED assist before surgery on May 28, 2024. With VED assist was 7 x 6.25 on good days pre-surgery. After surgery became 6.25L x 5.5g fully pumped. Wife said she noticed the difference but still liked it a lot. As for bulge, I quickly found if I did not grasp my shaft fully with my left hand while holding the release button it would not fully deflate. I needed to squeeze gently for a few seconds to make sure it voided the fluid. Often I would still notice it bulging later on and could not figure out why. One of the writers in this thread explained it perfectly. After squeezing and deflating, pump one time to make sure fluid is locked out of flowing back into the cylinders/shaft. Erect or flaccid, my dick never deflates girth wise. It is stuck at 5.5", which is ok if I make sure to fully deflate. Bulge is not obtrusive. No one stares anymore. One side affect I still have not resolved with my Urologist is why my foreskin is always tender for days after sex. The only thing I can think of is it is no longer able to squeeze the flaccid shaft when it hides behind the Glans. Since I was 10 years of age, my foreskin was always retracted behind my Glans due to constant child hood infections. After the surgery it has become a continuing issue. My primary care doctor told me recently he thinks I will need a circumcision. Was it worth it? Heck yes. My wife delights in sitting on top of me for numerous orgasms. Nice thing is my dicck never deflates now. Wish I had done it 15 years earlier. Yay for old people sex.
80 years young. 6.25"L 6.25"girth initially erect without assistance pre-surgery. 7" L with Vacuum Assist. We both love sex in all its varieties. Surgery in May at University of Miami. Now 6.25" L and 5.5" girth post surgery.

Sorry, didn't read your next post. Still don't get it people don't understand the bulge/semi-erect is a problem in social environments
