Hey, do you have any update? Did the issues go away?
Venous like since I was 20 years old. Pills don't work too well. Thinking of implant in the future

Dear Franktalk Community!

Sorry for being not available for so long, I needed time for myself. Franktalk really helped me, so I will give some INFOS back to you.

I had my surgery nearly 9months ago and there are some progressions!

I CAN RECOMMEND DR. DANIAR OSMONOV for undergoing this implant surgery even not everything worked well!

FIRST OF ALL - TO EVERYONE WHO IS REALLY CONSIDERING AN IMPLANT - DO IT!!!!

Positive:
-Implant is a good solution for ED
-hardly any loss of length
-Pump well placed
-Feeling is good
-In my daily life I dont really feel that I have an implant in my body
-Flaccid is not good but much better than after my surgery, so it will improve

Negative:
-I had a hydrocele after the operation. It was very often drained with a needle. Fortunately, the hydrocele is no longer filling (fluid around the pump in the sack) by itself. So the hydrocele went away!
-he leaves me often pretty alone with my problems - other urologist said go to your surgeon, I am not responsible for that even with the hydrocele around my pump
- in post op care - I dont felt well
-A cable (from the left cylinder) at the bottom of the left shaft is somehow in my left cylinder, which hurts when I inflate the implant for a longer time, it is clearly visible on the MRI.

Unfortunately I am in real pain during my daily life, but this is because of the surgery which I had 1/2017 which made me impotent. So this pain didnt resolved so far, but this has nothing to do with the penile implant in general.

Despite all of this, I recommend the operation with Dr. Osmonov because even not everything went well with my operation I can recommend him and the surgery!

Thanks Freshkid. Did the issue with the hardness on the underside of your penis resolve itself? You had mentioned you thought it was tubing.

Hey Freshkid, glad to see you are happy with how things turned out now, after the bumpy ride. I am also facing the hardness issue on the underside of the shaft that is exactly like what you described early on and was wondering if this resolved itself, did you need a revision, or did it end up not being a big deal? I also question if this will effect sex and amount of penetration as the underside of my base is blocked like yours was by about an inch.
