I just want to know if my expectations are real or fantasy.
I'll start by saying, I don't have E.D. in the traditional sense, much of mine is psychological. I can get an erection, solid, but I lose it repeatedly during intercourse which becomes a problem for me and my partner.
I've tried counseling, the drugs, etc.. this is my last resort at a normal sex life but I'm hesistant. I'm not a big guy to begin with (about 5.5 inches) and I've read that the implant can cause your penis to shrink? I'm often confused by this because many people say the shrinkage is from E.D., but then I wonder why it's even mentioned in regards to the implant if indeed the implant doesn't itself make your lose some length. So question 1.) Did you lose any length AS A RESULT from the implant?
I also have heard mixed reviews regarding the solidness of the erection. Does the fully inflated penis get "rock solid" or just solid enough for intercourse? Getting the implant worries me, because when I am erect, it's a pretty solid erection and I worry about trading that in for a semi solid/rigid erection. So question 2.) When you fully inflate, is it a "Solid as a rock" or just enough to get by?
And lastly, my expectation of performance. According to the "ads", you can continue to have intercourse even after ejaculations. This seems like it would be a dream come true and a godsend to the women or partners in your life, yet there isn't a 100% satisfaction rate with partners of those with implants. So question 3.) Can you continue to perform sex even after you ejaculate and basically have sex long enough for your partner to also reach their orgasm?
Thanks in advance for your contributions and insights.

Re: The BIG 3 Questions I Have Re: Implants
Imagine your flaccid penis as it is now, just relaxing. Then imagine your same flaccid penis but with 2 rock hard plastic tubes buried inside, one on the left and one on the right. You can now penetrate a vagina with your flaccid penis because it had rock hard tubes inside keeping it straight. If you're aroused then your penis tissue will probably even engorge and get full and veiny like the erection of a natural penis. But this isn't strictly necessary for penetration because again, even in the flaccid state your penis has plastic tubes inside that can be pumped up to rock hardness. Even after you cum, you may lose some of the veiny engorgement like you do now but your penis is still propped up by the rock hard tubes so you can continue having sex if you'd like.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Wait really? So visually it won't look natural? I have an issue with blood flow, so with an implant I can't see it looking natural with 2 rock hard plastic tubes there. I'm confused, the few images I've seen on these forums have looked very natural rock hard penis when inflated. Even when I seen someone who was a "Grower" it was small before inflated but very natural looking when inflated, I don't understand how it looks so natural if there is no blood flow and just 2 plastic rods.

Re: The BIG 3 Questions I Have Re: Implants
Wolfpacker that is not an accurate description of an implant.
An implanted dick looks just like a natural dick. The difference is the implanted dick can be flaccid, rock hard or anywhere in between. You can pump the implant to whatever degree of hardness desired. And yes, you can keep going as long as you want.
The big difference will be the flaccid state, the implanted dick does not shrink like a natural dick. Cold water? No shrinkage.
Size loss in my opinion is not from the implant itself, but from waiting too damn long to have it done. I fought ED for 13 years with pills and injections. After finally getting implanted my size is about an inch less than my prime days, but it works. It works very well I must say. My wife would agree.

The implant won't increase your blood flow. Whatever blow flow/engorgement you have before the implant will be the same afterwards, the implant just helps the penis become stiff with the plastic tubes inside.

"1.) Did you lose any length AS A RESULT from the implant?"
At first, a 1/2 inch.
Pre-surgery I was exactly 6 inches, post op I was 5.5 inches.
After getting green lighted to cycle, I went after it
like a man possessed and got my
1/2 inch back in about 90 days.
So, in my case... No
But some men through atrophy NEVER get their full size back.
The saying "use it or lose it" is very appropriate here.
" 2.) When you fully inflate, is it a "Solid as a rock" or just enough to get by?"
Fully inflated my erection is Rock Hard. You could hang your clothes off it.
Strangely enough, the wife is not a fan of "rock hard"....She likes a little pliability, so I have
to dial it back a bit sometimes. Im truly feel At fully inflated status I could penetrate drywall if I wanted to.
."3.) Can you continue to perform sex even after you ejaculate and basically have sex long enough for your partner to also reach their orgasm?"
YES!
This is something I was unaware of after implantation. This implanted erection lasts as long as you want it to.
I can still pound away like a maniac after I've reached orgasm. There is NOTHING better than getting your partner
to "see stars" again and again.
Even when I was 18 I needed a few minutes to "re-charge"- now I don't!
Its something an implanted man NEVER has to worry about again and its AMAZING!!
After I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer I had a radical prostatectomy and I went the pills and shots routine and it simply didn't work for me.
Even early on, those things were really hit and miss and personally I wasn't thrilled with the idea of using chemicals the rest of my life for erections.
I have ZERO regrets about being implanted and would do it all over again in a split second.
If you choose to do this- MAKE SURE you go to a world class specialist in this field.
PM me if you need anything personal answered.
Best wishes.

Re: The BIG 3 Questions I Have Re: Implants
I second exactly what Hikerman said!! Harder than you would ever have naturally but you can adjust this one. I lost about an inch initially but gained it all back in 10 months or so. And YES your divk will out last your energy! Like the energizer bunny!!!
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
Re: The BIG 3 Questions I Have Re: Implants
I second Hiker man. Lo Doyle assisted on my operation 2018 . 6 years ago, had a lady going crazy over it yesterday and I am 82. It is not perfect but she enjoyed sucking it.

Re: The BIG 3 Questions I Have Re: Implants
Answering your big 3 questions:
Depending on phase of the moon, gravity, barometric pressure, how many times I squeeze the bulb, and how hard I bone press the ruler….I lost between .04 and .06 inches. Call it from 6 7/8” to 17.3 cm. If you know anyone who can tell the difference, please identify them. Seriously.
That’s the magnitude of loss some guys experience….from no loss at all to maybe a 1/4”. Cylinders come in standard lengths. RTEs (rear tip extenders) come in 1 and .5 inch increments. Some surgeons are known to trim a bit off of a RTE to get the best possible fit. You’d be far better off with an implant 1/4” too short than have one be 1/4” too long. (Erosion, s-curve, etc).
Right after surgery it seems like you’ve lost a lot…an inch or two. That’s because the pubic area is swollen. You have scar tissue from the surgery. The swelling resolves and the scarring is mitigated by stretching when cycling the device.
So yes, it’s possible to lose a very small bit of size. A good doctor doing a good job will leave you with somewhere between no loss at all to possibly .25 inches.
That’s why you go to a surgeon who knows what he’s doing. There are doctors who undersize. Probably not intentionally, but they lack understanding on what the corporal cavities will accommodate and what they won’t.
Next question: I’ve got the LGX. Allegedly it is the least rigid, less hard model out there. Bottom line up front: this son of a bitch gets way harder than any blood filled erection. In my case that’s a good thing. With pills and shots my wife’s complaint was never my size, it was always a lack of hardness. Trust me when I tell you she never complains about that.
Last question: I have always taken a long time to finish anyhow. But the implant would allow me to screw an insatiable woman until we required hospitalization for exhaustion. It’s going to stay as hard as I want it to until I hit the release valve. Even if I’ve shot so many loads my balls are somewhere north of my navel.

I was similar, never diagnosed but i think i had the start of a venous leak. I could always start sex but a wrong thought or change of position was like someone pulled a cork and my dick would deflate.
I did not shrink at all, length and girth remained the same. Over a year i gained back about a half inch. I am still a little smaller than pre ED but bigger than pre op.
Its extremely hard, as hard as any erection i ever had. Grip strength/ how hard you can squeeze the pump is the variable in my opinion.
Yes, you can keep on going after ejaculation, your sensitivity might make you slow down down, you also might lose your glands swell, but it comes back, 3-10 min or so for me, everyone would be different here. Your shaft will remain rock hard till you release the valve.
