As the title stats: Are you a grower and have an implant? I've just read a post and someone said, imagine your flaccid penis, and an implant is that with 2 rock hard plastic rods in there when inflated. But for a grower surely this doesn't look good in terms of size? with an erection now I'm around 6.5-7in but as a grower very small when not aroused. How will this look with the implant (I'm in the process of inquiring about it). Visually I can't imagine it looking natural. My issue is blood flow so without blood flow will the implant still look natural or good?

You'd never know I have an implant (except in certain positions my pump stands out, but I don't have massive balls for it to hide behind anyway.) Thanks, I get that but for example if there's no blood flowing to the penis of course it's smaller than erect, i have an problem with blood flow. So an implant for me I can't imagine looking natural seeing as I'm a grower and not a shower. As Implant doesn't help with blood flow, my glans will remain smaller? With injections of course it grows as I get erect, but that won't grow when I get the implant, right?

Pretty much, yes. Keep in mind my cylinders are new, and I think they will become softer as they "break in" from use. But I would also say I looked like that before too.

How does it feel in your hand? Are the cylinders hard and sharp/crinkly or does it feel more normal?

Just saw this post after visiting Urologist couple of days ago. First of all if you read the literature, after implant, rod length does not change when inflated or deflated. My dick is 6.25"L deflated and inflated. It might be a tiny bit smaller girth wise but not much when deflated. Every girl I know that has felt it when deflated thinks it is fine. It does feel very firm..... I was a grower before the IPP surgery, now a shower albeit in a flaccid state, you might not think so. The little fat pad at the base of my dick seems to hide the length when flaccid but if you put a hard ruler to it, about the same size. There is considerable research on this subject by different health groups that indicate hardly any change in length. This past Thursday, my urologist did tell me, if I took a Viagra or Cialis befoe sex, it is very possible the glans would go back to normal size when aroused as the blood supply to glans was not totally cut off by the IPP surgery. So even though my wife likes it the way it is, I will try to Cialis next time to see if it does in fact help a little. Hope this helps. Golden

Definitely not sharp or crinkly. The cylinders are firmer than the more spongy corpora cavernosa, but they’re pliable, and I think will become softer in time. I do like the way it feels in my hand.

Let me share my real life experience with you.

I was always a grower, big time. Flaccid, my cock was between 3 and 3 1/2 inches in length, and about 5 inches in circumference. To be honest, I always thought I was on the smallish side of average because of its soft dimensions. When erect, I would grow to nearly 7 inches in length (okay, 6 7/8”) and 6 inches in circumference. For the longest time I thought girls who were telling me I had a big dick were just trying to make me feel good. Now that I’m old and wise, I know that I could best be described as big but not huge. But you would definitely classify anybody who doubles in length from soft to hard is a grower.

After fighting organic ED for 32+ years using shots, pills, shots + pills, I pulled the trigger and got myself an implant. 23 cm of AMS LGX, to be specific.

After healing up from the surgery, and cycling as directed by the doctor, a year later, I had returned to basically my starting size. The ruler I used had cm. So I got a bone pressed erectile length of 17.3 cm which is 6.81 inches, about .04” less than original length. I don’t consider .04 inches to be a real loss, it’s more like an error in measurement.

But, you ask, what about flaccid?

I now have a much larger, soft dick than I had previously. However, it is well within the realm of normal, and it just looks like I am a fairly well endowed guy. It hangs soft at about 5 1/2-5 3/4 inches long and 5 inches of girth. Now since it is the LGX it does expand in length when inflated by an inch or a little more. It feels normal to the touch, it looks completely normal and natural and nobody in a gang shower, would suspect anything other than “there is a guy with a pretty good sized dick.”

Come January I will have been implanted for five years. The cylinders are a little stiffer than the spongy tissue originally filling the corporal cavities. But they’re still flexible. Everything feels totally normal. My flaccid dick basically looks like any other guy who has a 5 1/2 inch soft dick. To be brutally honest, it’s actually pretty cool.
